Origami Booth for Cybersecurity Summit

Washington DC is known for a range of things, from cherry blossoms to national security.  And we here at Taro’s Orgiami Studio were proud to combine them in origami for this year’s Billington Cybersecurity Summit.

For this event, the client was looking to create an interactive folding booth for guests to create DC themed models.  For that task Senior Folder Frank Ling brought down an origami model of a Japanese sakura blossom.  This model is a classic in the origami world and a great way to engage guests in the ancient art of paper folding.

Like all of our events though, the guests also had a great time learning other origami models from Frank .  The folks below focused on some really great pumpkin, puppy dog, duck and butterfly models.
